Credential requirements may change by facility, however, common credentials may include professional license and verification, Pennsylvania criminal background check, FBI criminal background check, Pennsylvania child abuse clearance, PPD, physical, BLS, ACLS, FLU, Hep B, and Tetanus vaccinations, and professional skills checklist.
Additionally, team members must have reliable transportation and a positive and caring outlook.
